Every
day I hear investors, if you want to
call them that, say, "I can't find any
good deals." But in a rising market
the best buys at the time are the
good deals! To prove this, go looking
and find two or three best buys, but
don't buy them. Wait three to six
months. Then go price those same houses.
In a rising market you will find they were
great deals!
